“I had my Mitsubishi air source heat pump installed in January 2016 by Aair Systems Technologies. The two installers Ryan and Trevor were very professional and through in their work. Afterwards they explained the unit and its operation completely. As for the unit itself, a single 18,000 BTU Model, it works incredible well with heat and comfort. Amazing to me in light of the frigid temps that followed after the install. I’m sure the A/C side of it will be just as strong. With my house that electric heat, the there will be a plus as well.
